Each real estate purchase, design,build, and remodel process is custom to your needs and desires with our Aspect on you. Within that, we want to respect the house design and build with a sensitivity to community and place.

Value From the Beginning

As your personal builder, we care about the long-term value of your home. Value is a balancing act between the vision for the location and design of your home with budget. We start by listening and creating a game plan an overall scope of work and budget. Scopes of work vary from helping you to purchase a potential remodel or tear down to finding a lot and then collaborating on the design and build of your home. We work with you from concept to completion continually balancing your vision with budget.

Finding Your Neighborhood and Home Site

Finding a lot and building in the right neighborhood for you can be as important as building the right house. We can assist you in identifying ideal neighborhoods, look for lots within preferred neighborhoods, and do a feasibility study of the potential property. Once your property/lot is found, we can aid in purchasing the lot. Already own your lot? That’s great too.



Wading through different financing options can be another layer of time and energy that has the potential to be overwhelming. We have relationships with different lenders and can help guide you towards a financing option that is right for you, whatever your needs. The aim is to seamlessly blend the buying, financing, and building processes.

Designing the Home

Design is a creative process with several Aspects. Home design aims to meet your personal lifestyle needs, to understand the way you live, and together get down to the smallest of details. It is a mix of architectural lines, massing, lighting, colors, and textures working in unison to allow form and function to be beautiful, cool, and fun. We have a team of professionals that can meet your needs but we can also customize that team based on the scope of your project or individuals who suit you best. We are confident that we add value to your home and improve the overall process if we are involved from the beginning and focus on design until you are settled in your home.

Building the Home

Building your home is a natural progression from design. The documentation and bid process is the key to a successful build. We share all of the costs and will sit down with you several times throughout the bid process to make final decisions on specifications and trades with your vision and budget to guide us. The build process is a continuous line of communication. Since we choose to work with only a few clients at a time, we don’t have project managers, superintendents, or any other number of employees to confuse communication or provide different levels of service.
